All slips come with metered electric, water (with a seasonal charge), and complimentary cable TV and internet access. The harbor can accommodate boats ranging from 35' to 70' in length. Additionally, a parking garage and harbor house provide naturally insulated indoor storage for boats during the winter season. With a green roof spanning 63,000 sq. ft., indoor community space that can be rented, and a newly built playground, the 31st Street Harbor is a valuable and enjoyable addition to the surrounding community.
Directions And Parking
We are located at 31st Street Harbor at 3155 S. Lake Shore Dr. Chicago, IL. Guests should arrive 20 minutes prior to departure if you are dropping off, or 30 minutes prior if you plan on parking. Taxi, Uber/Lyft, or vehicle drop offs can be done near the 31s Street Harbor main entrance at 31st & Lake Shore Drive.​
Guests may park at either the 31st Street Harbor indoor parking lot garage located within the harbor at 3155 S. Lake Shore Dr. Chicago, IL or at the outdoor parking lot located at 641 East 31st Street Chicago, IL . The outdoor parking lot is located on the south side of 31st Street just west of Lake Shore Drive.
